At Sazón, great nights start around the paella pan.

Mastering the Paellera is an interactive dining experience where guests can sit back, sip sangria, get involved in the cooking process, and enjoy Mediterranean-inspired bites alongside our chefs. From preparation to the final feast, the evening is designed to be shared, social, and full of flavour.
